Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Big Heart and Art. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Please understand I am a small business owner, and it is just me running this shop.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If there is a shipment issue, please contact me asap. I will make changes to your shipment address.
Damages
Big Heart and Art is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

All sales are final. If you have any questions about your order, please feel free to contact me, and I will be happy to help. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for a response. Payments are securely processed by Stripe.
